The Process:
- Bring me your gear and your case, or tell me the case you have in mind, and I’ll give you a quote based on the volume of foam, how complicated the design looks to be, and whether or not I dislike you. Please understand that emailed photos sent to me with a ruler leaning against your gear will not suffice unless you simply want oversized rectangle cut-outs for your case. In some situations, I may have access to the same gear you own, and can measure without your items. We can discuss.
- I’ll draw the layout up and send it for your approval. I’ll change or make any adjustments you want from there.
- Once approved, I will begin cutting the foam.
- Note: The design is now locked! Any changes now will require an extra charge to cover lost time & materials.
- Read line 4 above once again.
- If the fumes don’t kill me, I’ll need your gear again for the final fitting (this is very important, as we get to dial in any minor adjustments so everything rests nicely in the pillowy clouds of foam).
